Job Summary

  • Lead the recruitment and training of the inaugural Risk Monitoring team in Mexico City, ensuring a high standard of analytical talent.
  • Oversee the daily monitoring of merchant behavior to identify red flags, including fraudulent activity, deceptive business practices, outsized credit risks, and suspected transaction laundering.
  • Partner with the Onboarding, Compliance, Scheme Compliance and Credit Risk teams to ensure a closed-loop feedback system between "entry" and "active" risk.

  • Deep understanding of the payments ecosystem
  • Fluency in English
