This is a senior leadership role with responsibility for over 400 staff, forming a key part of the UK and Ireland Senior Management Team.
The successful candidate will oversee day-to-day laboratory operations, ensuring the delivery of timely, accurate results to clients while driving continuous improvement across safety, quality, efficiency and financial performance.
