Job Summary

  • The primary purpose of your job position is to provide each of your assigned residents with routine daily care and services in accordance with the resident’s assessment and care plan, and as may be directed by your supervisors.
  • You will be responsible for recording all entries on notes, SPAs, and incident reports in an informative, descriptive manner, and reporting all accidents and incidents observed on the shift.
  • You will assist residents with daily functions such as bathing, dressing, hair care, nail care, and bowel and bladder functions, while maintaining their comfort and dignity.
