• Performs semi-skilled and skilled assignments in electrical, plumbing, masonry, carpentry, locksmith, HVAC and landscaping for facility construction, maintenance and repair projects.
• Operates hand tools, power tools, equipment, machinery and vehicles in a competent and safe manner, using appropriate safeguards and safety equipment.
• Conducts routine and on-demand assessment of assigned maintenance areas, establishing priorities for maintenance tasks and ensuring timely and thorough completion of tasks and projects according to customer needs.
