The Executive Manager, Corporate Governance and Reporting leads a high-performing team responsible for delivering high-quality, insightful and decision-ready reporting to CBA’s most senior stakeholders.
A critical aspect of this role is leading, coaching and developing capability of both the team and broader GA&A function, embedding best practice, and fostering a culture of excellence, accountability and continuous improvement.
Champion the adoption of data analytics, automation and AI-enabled tools to streamline reporting processes, surface emerging risks, and enhance the depth and predictive nature of insights.
