Job Summary
Oversees the development and implementation of the site nursing operations plan including staffing resource requirements, care models, workflows and throughput, equipment, and technology in alignment with the site and system nursing strategy.
Leverages and evaluates health care technology and/or nursing information management systems to optimize nursing practice, documentation accuracy and efficiency, quality improvement, and patient care.

Key Requirements
Registered Nurse license
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
Master's Degree in Nursing, Health Care Administration, or Business Management
15 years of experience in nursing and health care administration
