Job Summary

  • Oversees the development and implementation of the site nursing operations plan including staffing resource requirements, care models, workflows and throughput, equipment, and technology in alignment with the site and system nursing strategy.
  • Leverages and evaluates health care technology and/or nursing information management systems to optimize nursing practice, documentation accuracy and efficiency, quality improvement, and patient care.
  • Advocate Health is the third-largest nonprofit, integrated health system in the United States, created from the combination of Advocate Aurora Health and Atrium Health.
