The Supervisor, Property Services assists in the management of the department, focusing on supporting operating departments and ensuring all maintenance is carried out efficiently.
This role is fully responsible for the operations and maintenance of all Life Safety systems, including regular reviews of procedures and monitoring of subcontractors.
The position requires ensuring planned maintenance programs for E&M systems, guestrooms, public areas, and Heart of House are conducted to the highest standards.
