Job Summary
This role supports the test and troubleshooting of RF, IF, Microwave, Analog, and Digital hardware for missile programs within a large-scale manufacturing facility.
Candidates will work closely with Operations, Product Design, and Test Development teams to analyze data, drive root causes, and execute improvement projects to increase first pass yield.
The position offers a premium pay rate for the 2nd shift schedule and includes access to comprehensive benefits such as medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) matching.

Salary
Base: $68,900 - $131,100 USD; Bonus/Equity: Annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs available; Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k) match, paid time off

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in STEM field
