  • 10+ years Production Engineering or SRE experience
  • 3-5 years formal people management capacity
  • Kubernetes, Terraform, and distributed database expertise
  • Multi-region and multi-substrate deployment scaling
  • AI-first approach to engineering workflows
  • Experience with Private Cloud and Government Cloud compliance

Nice-to-have

  • FedRAMP IL5/IL6 high-security compliance frameworks
