Cycle time studies and standard work
Material flow and Kanban systems
5S zone establishment and ownership
Process maps and layout maintenance
Basic data analysis and production metrics
Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma experience
Nice-to-have
Mechanical aptitude and production equipment familiarity
Clear verbal and written communication
Ability to train others
Team collaboration and problem-solving
Key Requirements
2 years manufacturing or production support experience
Associates degree or equivalent work experience
Brake Press and Welding experience is a plus
Computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Working knowledge of root-cause tools
Experience with PLCs, HMI, and basic electrical troubleshooting
Familiarity with quality systems (ISO, GMP, AS9100)
Experience supporting automated lines, robotics, or vision inspection systems
Project management and cross-functional collaboration experience
