Job Summary
Lead end-to-end value stream performance (SQDC) and drive Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
Oversee daily operations across battery cell production processes, partnering with engineering to improve yields and processes.
Build and develop high-performing teams while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance and collaborating with quality, supply chain, and engineering.
