Job Summary

• The Director of Creator Strategy & Partnerships will lead the development and execution of VETTE’s creator ecosystem as a core component of the brand’s audience growth, content strategy, and commerce performance.
• This role is responsible for establishing a scalable creator program that integrates talent into editorial, social, and shopping experiences, while also driving measurable business outcomes including engagement, conversion, and revenue contribution.
• The Director will oversee creator partnerships end-to-end, including talent strategy, program design, storefront merchandising, performance analytics, and cross-functional coordination.
