Job Summary

  • This role is an active leader in achieving the outcomes for SP&O’s Learning, Development, and Change Readiness strategic pillar: adaptable and empowered R&D teams and team systems, building individual capabilities to enable performance and development, and successful implementation and adoption of R&D transformation.
  • The Associate Director for the Team Effectiveness Center of Excellence (CoE) supports the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of team effectiveness strategies across Innovative Medicine R&D.
