Must-have
5-7 years investing finance experience
SBIC Fund investment experience as LP
LP investment file management accountability
Investment committee presentation skills
Portfolio forecasting and valuation oversight
Nice-to-have
Strong interpersonal relationship building
Adoption of AI tools for workplace
High detail orientation and organization
Ability to work independently and in teams
In-depth verbal and written communication
Key Requirements
Undergraduate degree in finance, economics, or accounting
MBA, CFA, or equivalent financial services experience
Exceptional Excel and PowerPoint proficiency
Specific experience with SBIC Funds as a limited partner
