Job Summary

• Drive Coupang Pay's technical programs in platform, product and security engineering with end-to-end responsibility from diagnostic and strategy development to execution and accountability for quarterly and annual goals.
• Develop new tools and process to support the strategic direction of the Fintech organization, prioritizing programs and activities in accordance with the mission and goals of the organization.
• Work with internal stakeholders (tech, finance, legal, marketing teams) to drive scalable solutions, identify system and process improvements to increase efficiency and scalability, and define tech metrics to help team enhance engineering excellence.
