Job Summary

  • The Senior Manager, Supply Chain Procurement will be accountable to oversee external spend in support of the J&J EP business including both new product development and launched products.
  • This leader is expected to provide hands-on leadership in all aspects of global sourcing for EP, having overall responsibility for supplier selection, quality, reliability, innovation and cost.
  • Partner with Value Stream Leaders to understand business strategy and develop long-term sourcing strategy to improve supply reliability and optimize material costs for key growth products.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 8+ years of relevant professional work experience
  • Experience in Procurement, Supply Chain/Operations, Quality, R&D or Engineering

  • Up to 25% domestic and/or international travel
