Job Summary
The Senior CNC Programmer creates CNC programs using CAD/CAM software and improves machining processes by optimizing material removal rates to enhance tool life and efficiency.
The role is primarily responsible for CNC Programming & Machining Process Development, including creating and maintaining CNC programs using CAD/CAM software, developing standardized machining processes, selecting tooling and cutting parameters, executing machine prove-outs, implementing cycle time and quality improvements, and maintaining the master CNC program directory.
