Job Summary
The QC Welding Engineer will be responsible for quality control and assurance of all welding-related activities carried out by Contractors and their Subcontractors for the metro project.
Duties will include QC of welding activities of below ground and above ground pipework, mechanical systems, equipment supports, and other structural welded components and assemblies across the stations, depots, and metro facilities.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related
8–12 years relevant experience
Certified Welding Engineer (CWE) / International Welding Engineer (IWE)
AWS Certified Welding Inspector (CWI) or equivalent
CSWIP 3.1 / 3.2 or equivalent certification
Experience on large infrastructure projects
Experience in PMC / Engineer / Supervision Consultant role
