Base: $8,333.34 - $9,400 monthly; Bonus/Equity: Not specified; Benefits: Comprehensive package including insurance, retirement, and tuition waiver

Injury prevention and rehabilitation management
Supervision of sports medicine staff and students
Management of football sports medicine facility
Coordination with medical directors and physicians
Compliance with NCAA and NATA regulations

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree plus four years experience
Board of Certification (BOC) required
Washington State Athletic Trainer License within two months
