As a Sr. Application Engineer, you will act as a trusted advisor to strategic customers, analyzing and resolving sophisticated issues across containerized systems and CI/CD environments.
This role requires working a permanent EST time zone (IST 5:30 PM to 2:30 AM) as part of a 24x7 team to support global engineering initiatives.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering
Troubleshooting complex applications and container orchestration
Experience with Jenkins, Kubernetes, Docker, and Terraform
Ability to read and debug code in C/C++, Java, or C#
Solid understanding of Unix/Linux systems and scripting
Nice-to-have
3+ years of experience in technical support roles
Familiarity with AWS, GCP, or Azure cloud platforms
Knowledge of open source licenses and risk management
Exposure to Coverity, Fortify, or Checkmarx tools
Understanding of JVM memory analysis and CPU utilization
Key Requirements
