Job Summary

  • You will provide legal advice on a wide range of corporate matters, including complex cross-border reorganisations, legal entity rationalisations, capital reductions, financings, corporate governance, and mergers & acquisitions, primarily across the UK and EMEA.
  • Your responsibilities will include drafting and reviewing legal documentation, managing external counsel, and ensuring the smooth execution of corporate transactions and related activities.
  • This is a hybrid role requiring 2/3 days per week in our London (City) office.
