You will support Ticketmaster clients in all their event management needs, including building events, making updates, and supporting clients who self-program events.
This role involves collecting, reviewing, and inputting accurate data into Ticketmaster ticketing systems, verifying output, and identifying and resolving event-related errors.
You will be responsible for QAing event configurations, following strict quality assurance processes, and supporting the team in maintaining quality standards.
