The primary purpose of this position is to provide each assigned resident with routine daily nursing care in accordance with their assessment and care plan.
Employees must be licensed Certified Nursing Assistants and are responsible for recording vital signs, assisting with personal care, and reporting any changes in resident condition to the Nurse Supervisor.
The role requires strict adherence to confidentiality policies regarding protected health information and immediate reporting of any suspected abuse or unauthorized access to facility systems.
