Job Summary

  • It is the responsibility of the cook to manage and operate the kitchen in the absence of the Dietary Supervisor.
  • The essential functions of this position require frequent standing/walking, reaching, pushing/pulling, talking/hearing, tasting/smelling, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
  • Must obtain and maintain ServSafe Certificate and remain in good standing with the Department of Public Health.
