You will work with Core Epic applications, handling service requests and incidents submitted through ServiceNow.
As part of our IT and Cybersecurity team, you will do more than expand your discipline and skills as your work will help caregivers stay connected, supported, and equipped with the groundbreaking tools and technologies that impact patients across the globe.
A caregiver in this role works remotely Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. -- 5:00 p.m., with occasional on-call responsibilities 3–4 times a year for a 3-day period.
