  • Provide direct nursing care to residents and supervise day-to-day nursing activities performed by nursing assistants.
  • Administer medications as ordered by the physician and ensure narcotic records are accurate for your shift.
  • Participate in developing and implementing the facility’s quality assurance program and staff development initiatives.
