The PAO Assembly – Rotary Intern will support continuous improvement efforts within a high-mix, low-volume assembly environment.
Key responsibilities include analyzing current-state assembly processes, applying Lean methodologies to identify waste, and developing improvement ideas related to material presentation, layout, tooling, and work content.
You will gain hands-on experience solving real-world manufacturing challenges, exposure to Lean methodologies, and collaboration with experienced production and engineering teams.
