Job Summary

  • The Materials Protection and Durability team conducts research and innovates around new coating materials, coating processes, high temperature materials and composites to enable flights to be safer and more sustainable.
  • In this role, the candidate will work independently and guide teams to innovate on the design & development of materials, coatings, repair & rejuvenation technologies for new product introduction, production, and field service.
