Job Summary
As part of the JLL Japan Equity Advisory team, you will be responsible for business development and driving Equity Advisory deals (JV, recapitalization, M&A, fund placement).
This position offers the opportunity to lead deal teams at the project level for Japanese Equity Advisory deals and manage/build relationships with clients centered around Japanese Capital Markets.
You will monitor and analyze listed Japanese real estate companies (REITs/others) to generate ideas and help clients adapt strategies to changing market environments and capitalize on opportunities.
