The Technical Services Manager is responsible for managing the high standard of operational services in Mechanical, Electrical and public health (MEP) systems across the WPM portfolio.
Responsibilities include managing the delivery of planned and reactive Hard FM services, ensuring Health & Safety, Human Resource Management, quality & compliance standards, and service level agreements are met.
The role involves managing the P&L performance of the contract in a cost-effective manner, ensuring value for money and profit targets are achieved.
