Eversource Energy is seeking a Manager for Transmission & Distribution Stations Training to oversee skills training programs within the Electrical Substations and Energy Delivery Technical Programs. The role requires extensive experience in the utility sector and involves coordinating training initiatives while ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards

Job Summary

  • The incumbent will assure the development and effective implementation for all skills training programs for the Electrical Substations, Field Engineering/Field Communications Groups and skills training programs and Energy Delivery Technical Programs.
  • Manages the analysis and determination of training needs such as initial and refresher, technical, physical skills, clerical, T&D construction work methods, T&D Construction Management Systems and Federally mandated safety programs.
