Key Requirements

  • Active NMC registration as a Registered Children’s Nurse
  • Teaching/assessing qualification
  • Level 6–7 leadership or management qualification
  • Substantial clinical experience in acute paediatric setting
  • Experience in clinical and operational management of CYP services
  • Strong working knowledge of NMC codes, paediatric safeguarding, CQC standards
