Base: Level 1 $21.00-$27.00/hr; Level 2 $26.00-$32.50/hr; Level 3 $31.00-$38.00/hr; Bonus/Equity: Potential discretionary bonuses and stock awards; Benefits: Medical, vision, dental, 401(k), disability, life insurance, paid leave, and other perks
Skills & Requirements
Must-have
TIG welding in manufacturing environment
Operate advanced welding equipment
Read and interpret technical drawings
Perform maintenance on tooling and equipment
Load and unload parts using cranes and forklifts
Nice-to-have
Experience with aerospace TIG welding
Proficient in blueprint reading and layout
Knowledge of AWS D17.1 and D1.2 certifications
Experience with stainless steel and titanium welding
Use of precision measuring tools
Key Requirements
High school diploma or equivalency
1+ years TIG welding experience or certificate
1+ years hardware assembly or trade skills certificate
5+ years welding experience with specific metals preferred
AWS D17.1 and D1.2 certification preferred
Ability to work onsite in Westminster, MD
Willingness to work extended hours and travel up to 10%
U.S. citizenship or authorized work status per ITAR
