You are responsible for leading daily start-ups, verifying LOTO/machine guarding, and maintaining strict adherence to GMPs, HACCP, and FSMA standards.

Must-have
Bachelor's degree in Ops or Engineering
1-3 years high-speed manufacturing experience
Working knowledge of GMPs and HACCP
Comfort with Lean and TPM tools
Microsoft 365 proficiency required
Nice-to-have
Six Sigma Yellow or Green Belt certification
Union leadership exposure preferred
