Must-have
Master's degree in Nursing
Current Nurse Practitioner licensure
5+ years NP experience
2+ years leadership experience
Medicare Advantage risk adjustment knowledge
Nice-to-have
Experience in nephrology or primary care
Strong verbal and written communication skills
