The primary purpose of this role is to provide support to the manufacturing team in achieving its production goals and customer quality requirements while adhering to strict safety and regulatory standards.
This position requires acting as a liaison between team members and the production supervisor to align resources and ensure performance goals for Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Inventory are met.

Knowledge of FDA regulations and QMS
Ability to motivate others and lead teams
Proficiency with computers and data entry

Associate degree in Technical or Business field

Experience with continuous improvement workshops
Strong written and oral communication skills
Comfortable stepping in for equipment emergencies
Key Requirements
