Job Summary

  • Ensure and coordinate post-sales technical and service support for Mercedes Benz Buses, providing timely attention to the Distributor Network and fleet customers through remote and on-site assistance.
  • Develop preventive maintenance kits, repairs, and remanufactured products in conjunction with Spare Parts and Marketing, and implement improvements in preventive maintenance processes.
  • Provide technical support for new product introductions using Xentry TIPS, OLA MB, and diagnostic protocols, and document technical issues detected in the field.
