Job Summary
Ensure and coordinate post-sales technical and service support for Mercedes Benz Buses, providing timely attention to the Distributor Network and fleet customers through remote and on-site assistance.
Develop preventive maintenance kits, repairs, and remanufactured products in conjunction with Spare Parts and Marketing, and implement improvements in preventive maintenance processes.
Provide technical support for new product introductions using Xentry TIPS, OLA MB, and diagnostic protocols, and document technical issues detected in the field.
