Must-have
On-site critical incident intervention
Crisis management and post-traumatic interventions
Group and individual counselling
Workplace crisis management experience
Flexible schedule with minimal notice
Strong interpersonal and first impression skills
Nice-to-have
Experience supporting first responders
Knowledge of trauma symptoms and psychoeducation
Ability to adapt to workplace culture
Peer collaboration and supervision access
Values-driven and inclusive culture
Key Requirements
Master’s Degree in Counselling, Psychology, or Social Work
Active membership with professional college or governing board
Able to practice without supervision
Minimum five years post-master’s clinical experience
Completion of Critical Incident Stress Management training preferred
