The Registered Nurse (RN) provides direct patient care to assigned patients in the Float Division: Medical/Surgical (FD), utilizing the nursing process and adhering to the Nurse Practice Act of the State of Arkansas and institutional policies.
Float Division nurses have the opportunity to work on all medical and surgical areas, receive specialized training, and a bonus of 25% for regular, worked hours floating to different areas.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Associate's degree in Nursing, Diploma RN, or Master's degree in Nursing
Graduate of an accredited RN nursing program
Current Valid RN License
