Job Summary
Act as a technical point of contact for incident management, triage, and escalation, troubleshooting complex technical issues across our client-server architecture.
Perform deep-dive investigations using log analysis and monitoring tools, and write and optimize complex SQL queries to resolve data-related issues.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve system reliability and document technical workarounds, contributing to our internal knowledge base.
