Job Summary
The Associate Director will support the design of bona fide service strategies that align with Brand and Therapeutic Area Access Strategies for launch and in-line products.
This role requires a deep understanding of bona fide service fee criteria, CMS rules, PBM reform, and applicable Safe Harbor regulations to educate stakeholders.
The position involves working cross-functionally with Access Strategy, Legal, Compliance, and Market Access teams to ensure all service strategies remain compliant with industry regulations.
