Must-have
3+ years ServiceNow platform experience
Define and operationalize QA processes
Execute functional testing and test scripts
Manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
Translate business needs to technical requirements
Nice-to-have
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Rigorous approach to zero defect deployments
Ability to build new processes from ground up
Experience with ITIL standards enforcement
Key Requirements
3+ years ServiceNow experience
Proven QA process definition experience
Strong analysis skills for requirements gathering
ServiceNow CSA or ITIL Foundation certification preferred
