  • The Associate Director of U.S. Access Marketing is responsible for collaborating to execute market access strategies for Alexion’s U.S. portfolio.
  • This role supports development of tactical plan, supporting tools and resources for customer-facing marketing materials, training, and field readiness of account teams to execute across access customers.

  • Working understanding of reimbursement methodologies
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate complex challenges
  • Experience reviewing marketing materials with MLR committees
