Apex Group is seeking a Client Compliance Officer to serve as the primary regulatory contact for Jersey regulated clients, including responsibilities as Compliance Officer, Money Laundering Compliance Officer, and Money Laundering Reporting Officer. The ideal candidate will have strong regulatory knowledge, experience in the Jersey finance sector, and the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders

Job Summary

  • The role holder will discharge the statutory and regulatory responsibilities of Compliance Officer (CO), Money Laundering Compliance Officer (MLCO) and Money Laundering Reporting Officer (MLRO), ensuring effective regulatory compliance, AML/CFT/CPF oversight and ongoing engagement with client boards and the Jersey Financial Services Commission (JFSC).
  • Fulfil the Compliance Officer obligations under the JFSC Codes of Practice applicable to CIF and managed entity regulated businesses.
  • Deliver compliance and AML/CFT training to boards and staff of client entities.
