  • Provide day-to-day L2 BAU support for Aladdin and resolve incidents in a timely manner within SLA.
  • Support end users in system usage and act as an Aladdin ambassador to raise overall Aladdin proficiency.
  • Adhere to AIA IT standard policies, SLA, audit compliance, IT best practices and maintain relevant IT documentations.
