Bachelor's degree in Health Safety or Security
2-5 years operational H&S experience
Fluency in English and Dutch languages
Knowledge of local H&S regulations
Experience managing external security vendors

Experience with loss prevention investigations
Background in international matrix organizations
Ability to influence without formal authority
First leadership experience in change initiatives
Exposure to TAPA or VCA certifications
