Job Summary

  • Serve as the key escalation point between client-facing teams and internal development and product groups, with a focus on top-tier clients.
  • Leverage front-office trading technology expertise to guide clients toward optimal solutions for their electronic trading workflows within our Order and Execution Management System (OEMS).
  • Investigate issues and escalate to the OEMS development team as needed, and promote knowledge sharing across the team by collaborating and sharing trading expertise.
