Job Summary

  • This role is responsible for leading the business requirement gathering, design technical solutions, implementation, and optimization of solutions for CRM, Field Services and Field Inventory Management business processes.
  • You will perform hands-on design, build and test for Salesforce, ServiceMax, Oracle CPQ, EIM and RepSuite applications enhancements and projects.
  • Coordinate the onshore and offshore vendor teams for support and development activities and offer best practices, advice and recommendations to Managed Services team around overall systems architecture and Salesforce Platform strategy.
