The Senior Manager, Learning & Development is responsible for designing, implementing, and sustaining enterprise learning programs that build critical capabilities, strengthen our leadership pipeline, and support exceptional client service.
This is a senior-level individual contributor role responsible for building learning programs from the ground up, delivering and facilitating learning experiences, and providing professional coaching to leaders.

Key Requirements

Active professional coaching certification (ICF, EMCC, or equivalent)
Experience in CRO, life sciences, healthcare, or professional services preferred
