Job Summary
Supervises and coordinates activities of stand workers in the VIP area, overseeing set-up, closing procedures, and ensuring work stations remain clean and sufficiently stocked.
Manages staff to ensure food preparation meets guidelines set by Legends and the board of health, and must be knowledgeable of all positions to fill in if needed.
Ensures all employees are adhering to alcohol policies and efficiently and accurately completes required paperwork, including POS system operations and daily reports.
